What kind of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit / debit cards, including visa and MasterCard. It's easy to pay with a credit / debit card.

  • on the order information page, under payment method, select credit card or debit card.
  • Click to place an order and fill in the credit card information, as shown in the figure below.
  • when you have completed the payment details, click pay now to complete the payment for the project.

If you want to pay by bank transfer when you place an order on our website, please select the bank transfer option.

Please print or write down the payment information and pay at the local bank.

You will bear all local and intermediary bank charges. Therefore, please confirm the total payment with the bank before transfer.

Once you complete the remittance, please be sure to submit your transaction details (name of remitter, amount and payment date) to our finance department. If you do not provide details of your transaction, your payment confirmation may be delayed or failed.

Please note that we will not deliver until we receive your payment.

Why my payment was rejected?

Please check the following:

  • check the card details on the ballbella account to make sure the due date and billing address are correct. And make sure the security code you entered is correct - this is the last three digits of your card.
  • your credit card issuer may have declined your payment without giving a reason. You'd better contact them.

If you have checked all of the above, please try to pay with another card.

If you have tried all of these, but still have problems, please contact our customer service and we will provide you with detailed information about the problems you know, including error messages. We will try our best to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I received an error message when I entered the shipping and billing addresses. What should I do?

If you receive an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing, or shipping address. The billing address should be exactly the same as that on file with your bank. Please read all the information carefully and check whether there are any typos. In addition, try reformatting the name and address in the billing information (this usually solves the problem)

When do I charge for my things?

When your payment status changes to received payment, your order will be charged. We will confirm your payment and start processing your order immediately. In some cases, credit / debit card payments may take 24 hours to confirm.

How can I ask?

How do I know the price of my order?

Add items to your shopping bag and click checkout. During the checkout process, your total cost will be calculated in your preferred currency and guaranteed as low as possible, including all freight to your selected international destination, while customs duties, taxes and VAT will be determined by the customs authorities of the destination. The exchange rate is checked and adjusted twice a month, so if you leave the shopping bag and return to complete the transaction later, the total order amount may change if the exchange rate changes

How can I see the price in my currency?

Ballbella is the default currency shown as sterling. Click the currency drop-down menu at the top right of each page, and you can easily set it to any of the following currencies:

Is there any extra charge for international transportation?

In some cases, VAT or other taxes, duties or fees will be levied in your destination country. Additional tax or customs fees must be borne by the payee; we cannot control these fees or predict what they may be. Customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country; for more information, contact your local customs. When customs clearance is required, it may cause delay beyond our initial delivery estimate.

Please note that we cannot list the goods as gifts or fill in the amount lower than the actual product price on the customs declaration.

Do I have to pay costoms and import fee?

When the package arrives in the destination country, a tariff or import tax will be levied. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we can't control these costs or tell you how much they are, because the customs policies and import taxes vary greatly from country to country.

So before placing an order, it's best to contact your local customs for the current cost, so you won't be surprised by the unexpected cost.

How to use coupons?

When you select an item and are ready to check out, you will first go to the shopping cart page.

please enter the coupon code under the product and then click Apply coupon efore you click continue checkout. If you have any problems using the coupon, please contact customer service.

What if my coupon can't be used?

I'm sorry to hear that you use code bug, we don't want you to miss the offer. Please check the following:

  • before you click continue checkout, you can use the coupon by entering it in the coupon box and clicking apply coupon. Make sure you enter the code in the correct location.
  • please check the validity of the code. You should be able to find this on the banner.
  • do not try to use multiple codes in one order. Only one code can be used per order.
  • you need to enter the code exactly as you see it. Once you enter and click the update button, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. Type content without spaces, which is also case sensitive.

If you do everything right, you can't use it. Please contact us and let us know the name of the promotion code you are trying to use. We will investigate the matter and reply to you as soon as possible.
